Sydney Blanks is a freshman with a major in Communication Studies and minors in Journalism and Writing. She is a member of not only the YJ Newspaper, but also Stinger Radio. She was the editor-in-chief of her high school’s yearbook last year, and she will be working as a copy editor for the YJ this year. She hopes to help the newspaper by sharing her unique writing style and ideas. In her free time, she enjoys exercising and spending time with her dog.
