Phoebe is a junior from Fredericksburg, VA. She’s pursuing a double major in Political Science and Communications Studies. In addition to her position as a staff writer at the newspaper, she is also a member of the debate team, ForWomen, Philosophy Club along with numerous other campus activities including Sigma Sigma Sigma sorority. She has been fascinated by public policy and anthropological studies from a young age. She is a self-proclaimed news junkie and has always been passionate about creative and academic writing. Phoebe plans to attend law school after graduation and fulfill her calling to promote social justice and foster civic engagement in her community and beyond.
